Terms of service.
Clear boundaries for using this website and requesting JustOnNet services.
Effective 24 October 2026
Website information
This website explains our standard packages and is not an offer to perform work without a confirmed service scope. Prices shown exclude applicable GST. Domain, hosting and paid third-party charges are separate where stated. We confirm the package, costs, timing and any specific conditions before payment.
What is included
Only the deliverables and monthly limits in the selected package and our written confirmation are included. The Simple Website package follows one design direction and includes no design revision rounds; we correct our own factual implementation mistakes and defects within the agreed scope. Extra work, new features and major website changes require a separate agreement. We can decline requests outside the agreed service or where access, ownership or legality cannot be verified.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate information, lawful content, timely approvals and the access needed for the agreed work. You are responsible for keeping control of your business accounts and for reviewing the information we ask you to approve. You must have rights to the logos, images, text and other material you supply.
Third-party platforms and outcomes
Google, directories, domain registrars, hosts and other third parties control their own systems, policies and processing times. We can perform the checks, updates and submissions included in your package, but cannot promise publication, a specific display, search ranking, enquiries, sales, revenue or uninterrupted third-party availability. JustOnNet is independent and not affiliated with Google.
Fees, changes and cancellation
We confirm payment instructions and any applicable start date before onboarding. Monthly services continue only under the billing arrangement agreed with you. Cancellation timing, prepaid work, refunds and treatment of completed work must be set out in the written service confirmation before you pay. If those terms are not clear, ask us by email first. Nothing here removes rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Websites and content
For website work, you retain rights to material you supply. Any rights to final website files, source, design assets, domain or hosting account will be stated in the written service confirmation. Third-party fonts, platforms and tools remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Service interruptions and limits
We aim to perform the agreed work with reasonable care. Work may depend on your approvals, account access and third-party systems. We will communicate a material delay or issue we identify. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or outcomes outside the defined service. This clause does not exclude liability that law does not allow us to exclude.
Questions and disputes
Contact our contact form if you have a concern. We will try to resolve it directly and provide the written scope and records relevant to your request. Applicable law and any dispute process will be confirmed in your service agreement; this website does not name a court or jurisdiction without that agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these website terms. Changes to an active paid engagement require the process stated in the written service confirmation and any notice required by law.
