If required materials arrive late, the kickoff moves. Domain or platform approval can also delay public visibility; we will tell you promptly and hand over completed work on schedule.

Please do not put passwords in an initial enquiry. We agree the safe way to grant access during onboarding. We also confirm any use of AI tools with your business content before work begins.

Before you decide.
Can I ask for design revisions?
No visual redesign rounds are included. The fixed process and one design direction are what make the price and timing possible. We correct our own factual implementation mistakes and defects within the agreed scope. New requests are quoted separately.
What exactly will I receive?
Up to five agreed standard pages, responsive layout, a contact form or WhatsApp enquiry path, basic on-page SEO setup, a map where useful, deployment assistance and the handover listed in our written confirmation. Search ranking or enquiries are not guaranteed.
Are hosting and domain included?
No. We show any domain, hosting or paid third-party costs before you accept the project. You keep control of your business accounts. Ownership and access to final files are confirmed in writing before payment.
What happens after launch?
You can manage the finished site yourself or ask us about Website + GBP Care for ongoing maintenance. Ongoing care is a separate monthly service.
